The Villa Situated  5 minutes drive south of the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja, The area of  Playa Flamenca is ideal for a relaxing holiday ,  our villa provides excellent accommodation and facilities,  located in a highly regarded residential area. Inside you will find a fully equipped lounge with open plan kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, along with a large Sun Roof Terrace, Breakfast balcony of master bedroom,  patio, Garden and Driveway for Parking along with a large communal pool.

Flights Its never been so easy to get to the Costa Blanca with the vast range of low cost airlines now in operation.  Both Easyjet and Ryanair fly into Alicante and Murcia. Murcia is the closest airport to the villa - just 20 mins away with Alicante being 40 mins.

Immediate area Playa Flamenca is ideal for a relaxing holiday or a traditional seaside family holiday enjoying 340 days a year of sunshine,  while for the energetic there are plenty of facilities within a twenty minute drive including three superb golf courses, horse-riding, go-karting and, on the outskirts of Torrevieja, an aqua park. The excellent beaches of the Orihuela Costa (including some awarded a European Blue Flag) are only five minutes away by car or a thirty minute stroll. Alternatively, within a short drive there are many other beaches to enjoy. Within a few minutes there is a wide choice of restaurants & bars and two large supermarkets. Each Saturday there is a local street market selling fresh fruit & vegetables and other food produce, clothes, gifts, etc. Inside the villa there is a information pack with maps places of interest etc.

Beaches  The nearest beach, Playa Flamenca, is small, but close by are the excellent Blue Flag beaches at   La Zenia, Punta Prima or take 30 min walk along the coastal path takes you to the small, but much photographed beach and harbour of Cabo Roig. A golfer’s paradise with a championship course at Villamartin and other course’s at Las Ramblas and Campoamor, all within three miles of the villa. Other courses are available within 1 hour's drive. Green fees tend to cost around thirty pounds and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Dining Out Within 3 mins walk of the villa is Local bars and restaurants or 15 minutes way is the Development of  Flamenca Beach which boasts a vast selection of multi cultural cuisine, which include Chinese, Indian, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Tex-Mex, European style restaurants  Also a range of interesting bars offering live entertainment, karaoke etc. A short drive takes you to many more.

Shops and supermarkets There is a small supermarket just a few minutes walk way or the larger Mercadona supermarket is a 5 minute drive.
